Orange pour with fluffy head. Vegetal aroma. Corn, floral notes, and sweet malts. Im having a hard time believing this is a biere de garde Slipstream (2651) - USA - JAN 20, 2009
Draft at Rattle n Hum. Some skank in the aroma, unfortunately. Flavor is sweet and malty, with touches of whiskey and grapes. Pleasantly fizzy on the palate. My first biere de garde. Interesting brew. adrian910ss (2582) - Doylestown, PA, USA - FEB 1, 2009
On draft at Rattle and Hum. Pours a semi clear coppery orange with a medium light beige head. Aroma of faint hops, light tangy citrus and honey. Taste is much the same. durhambeer (2500) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JAN 11, 2009
UPDATED: JAN 12, 2009 On tap at Tylers. Bright clear light amber pour with off-white head that doesn’t hang on too long. They didn’t have a description of it, but the combination aroma of honey, grain, bread, and that kind of malt liquor smell made me assume it was a Biere de Garde (Does that make me cool? My wife says no). Sweet honey notes and bread flavors. Slight butter; not really much fruit at all. A bit off-putting at first, but not a bad beer overall. redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 16, 2008
draft at redlight redlight. Sweet malts, cotton candy, with hints of spice in the nose. Pours a reddish amber with gold outsides with a thin white head. Very malty, bready, cereal, warming, a good bit of spice from the yeast. Excellent biere de garde. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Sampled at Big Pour Mesa. Poured a medium amber with an off-white head. Nose is floral hops and spice. Taste is pretty much the same. Medium, mouth feel. OK brew. blklab2007 (2120) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 8, 2009
on tap at the gingerman poured a bright amber and has a nice one finger off white head. aroma has some grains, sweetness, hop spice, and fruit. mouth feel is medium and carbonation low. flavor has a nice complementing malted body and candy sugar thing. hops contribute spices and bitterness and there is a little pollen and pitted fruits. the style I have come to like, and this one has lots of interest stops along the drinking journey. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - MAR 9, 2009
on tap at the gingerman. light copper body with a fast fading white head. Seemed a little on the sweet side for my liking. Caramel-like malts seemed to hide any wheat or earthy notes i like wth this style. carbonation was modrate. Pwn3d (1962) - Manhattan, New York, USA - JAN 27, 2009
Enjoyed on tap at Bar Great Harry. Pour was brown/ruby. Nice lace work. A little darker than I was expecting from a Biere De Garde. Grains, alcohol, and light yeast zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - APR 20, 2010
