COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Trotzdem ganz geil...0,75/11. Bottle from VAN ERP in Groningen.

355ml Bottle: Pours a hazy golden with creamy white head. Aroma of vanilla, citrus and a spiciness. Medium light body with medium to low carbonation. Similar flavours to the aroma, however more fruity and the malt flavours provide a nice balance to the hoppiness. I like the hop bite at the end. Overall a well balanced beer that I enjoyed.

Aroma is grassy with citrus notes. Really can taste something bitter - not sure if licorice but something gives it a very unique flavor to other saisons. So excited to see this now bottled in a six pack

Bottle from L&T World. Pours a hazy orange with 2 fingers of foam. Light saison yeast nose with big cream cheese and dill notes with a touch of lemon. Nice full body, but not over the top. More dill and cream cheese on the palate. Soft and well-rounded, but good carbonation. Clean and crisp finish with a touch of hay and lemon. Diggin it!
