Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Hazy yellow straw color, white fluffy head that quickly disappears. the aroma is spicy, coconut, lemon, earthy, and floral. The flavor is sweet then quickly dry and tart with spicy, citrus, cloves, lemon, and some fruityness. the body is extreamly dry and quite refreshing.

Bottle shared at home. Hazy yellow colour, white head disappears fast. Nose is very rich and deep. Coconut, light dill, citrusses, phenols. Much, but not a mess! Taste intense coconut, light phenols in the background. Rich, deep and lovely.

Oranje kleurig bier met een witte schuimkraag. Aroma: typisch Sorachi Ace hops, citroen, bloemig, zoet, moutig. Smaak: citroen, bloemig, fruitig, mout en alcohol. Niet goed.

Couleur jaune; mousse blanche; arômes et goût maltés, fruités et épicés; bière un peu trop douce avec finale légèrement amère

It pours golden clear with a white head. It has a sweet flavor with fruity esters, wheat, and some grainy sweetness.

Hazy straw/gold color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of yeast, rich floral/fruit, & some citrus; Flavor of slight sweet malt, yeast, citrus (notably orange & lemon), pepper hops, and spice; Finish is dry; High carbonation; Very good overall.

Bottle at home. Pale gold, light hazy, quickly disappearing cream head. Cellar, coriander, light orange peel. Spicy taste, cedar and pickled ginger, freshly ground coriander seeds, a saison with tasty character.

Very nice and well tasting beer. A nice fruity and spicy aroma. Fresh, great for a summer-evening.

Almost no smell but maybe some light bubblegum..Taste has the bubblegum too but lots more...Very unique..The lemongrass that they talked about in the rare hops is there too...Very different and smooth...No bitter hops...Yet some light Sourness...Complex... Had at flying saucer for St Patty’s day with john 2017

Delicious Saison, fruity and herbal without growing overly sweet. Nice clove-spice graininess transitions to a mild lemony middle, while the back end stays thankfully dry, the hops adding a floral bitterness that melds nicely with the bright grassy Saison front. Not what I anticipated (thought it was an IPA), but a pleasant surprise nonetheless.
