On tap in Brooklyn (i.e., near source). Golden straw color with thin white head. Light yeasty saison herbal aroma. Taste is raw honey, yeast, herbal, spice. More herbal than pepper. Very nice saison. Freaky_tiki (1242) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 28, 2014
Fellow Ratebeer guzzler & all around philosopher of the suds Helsdon (his review is two below mine) has been pushing this brew on me & man, is he right. Pops out of the bottle & into the glass a beautiful saffron yellow & offers a foamy cap of three -- no, jeez look -- four fingers. A quick action sip prevents spillage & wastage. This a fantastic saison with all the spices, pepper & funkiness you’d want. The bonus here is the bountiful Sorachi hopping. I’ve grown to really the love lemon & faint cilantro profile of the hop (which I’ve enjoyed in a few pale ale single hop renditions) & its clearly in its element in this saison. Highly recommended. e303 (287) - - NOV 27, 2014
An awesome single hop farmhouse saison brewed with the Japanese developed Sorachi Ace hop. Big lemony citrus pop and lots of carbonation from the champagne yeast. Awesome beer.

When I saw the evil alcohol monopoly actually allowed this beer into the province I almost literally ran out to get some. Having picked up a bottle in the past from a trip to Buffalo I had to get more. Never rated it though. So here it goes. Pours a cloudy golden blonde with a bit of an absurd amount of fluffy white head. I should wait for the head to settle to get a good smell...but I won’t. Even with the cloud sitting on this I’m getting strong smells of hay malts, spice and little lacto sour. Screw the smelling and get to the drinking. A smooth creamy draw get me a mouth of great hay and cereal malts, a light sourness that it balanced out by a caramel sweetness that isn’t overpowering. A nice spiciness is also brought to the table with cream and some citrus in the after. Wow this is a great beer. Might have to run back out again and get even more before the LCBOh-you-can’t-be-trusted-to-sell-alcohol-all-on- stops bringing this is to bring in more of that "exceptional" Wychwood Brewery stuff. Bright and zesty aroma with a thick, creamy head. Lemon and spices on the tongue, this is wonderfully carbonated with a crisp finish and loads more light citrus and Belgian spices. Very refreshing. Very nice. kevinsenn (2210) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 21, 2014

Bottle at Taphouse, København. Cloudy yellow - white head. Marzipan. Estery. Light malty. Rather sweet. Dild. Spicy. Light peppery. Light acid notes. Tangerine. Dryness. hangunder (305) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 15, 2014
Smells beautiful, lemon peel, Belgian spicy yeast, light malt and a mineral character. Looks beautiful, hazy yellow with long lasting finely bubbled head. Pleasingly acidic upfront, lemon peel and funk, finishes with a leafy hoppyness, Belgian spices and a light caramel sweetness. Quite a tasty saison. Medium bodied and highly carbonated.
