Beer to Piraat tulip, pour is a hazy light golden color with a massive white head. Aroma is very citrusy, a bit of barnyard, hay, orange peel. Not very complex but it’s quite strong. Taste carries the aroma notes but adds bread/hay elements. Quite grainy, thought there would be more hop notes, do notice a bit of pickle which is odd but characteristic of the hop. Palate suggests this is just OK, probably should’ve been colder. Co2 looked heavy but wasn’t. Mouthfeel wasn’t as thin or dry as I was expecting but the beer tasted and feels watery. Balanced well and the alcohol is very well concealed. Overall this is OK...the aroma was pretty wowing but this beer left more to be desired. , sheffield. Golden beer with small head. Aroma of hops. Taste is hops, citrus and yeast. Decent.
W aromacie owocowo, głównie winogrono, kokosowe mleczko, lekkie przyprawy, bardzo elegancki. W smaku wytrawne, musujące, przyprawowa goryczka, posmak białych winogron. Dostojny trunek, choć smakowo niczego nikomu nie urwie. slowrunner77 (13205) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 3, 2014
"whoa - one of the more unique beers i’ve had in some time. aroma is huge...yeast, fruit, hops, soap(?), lemon. champagne like feel. full flavored....similar to the aroma. i like this hop, and this beer." jksipa (1035) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 1, 2014
Slightly cloudy yellow with a huge white head that lingers and clings to the glass. Nose has yeast, hone, lemon zest and other citrus notes, some light toffee and vanilla as well as some coriander and light pepper. Well balanced light sweet front and a medium light tart middle and end with a complex spice throughout. Mouth is medium light with prickly carbonation and finishes dry and crisp. Interesting.

Taste: medium sweetness, lightly sour, hints of spices and citrus fruits. It’s got a thick mouthfeel and a short, bitter finish. Very nice. But is it worth 20 Euros? Probably not. Thick white head, and a slightly hazy pale orange colour. Complex yeast aromas, with real lemon zest edge. Feels creamy in the mouth, with a dry and spicy finish. An elegant , world class beer, that deserves to be sipped and slowly appreciated. s_hartshorne (2840) - wakefield, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2014

Mondial de la Bière, Mulhouse - SO. Creamy, misty beige pour, grape/almond juice/milk. Intense canned gooseberry, Delmonte grapes, chalky lemon in aroma - did not pick up on any wild components here. Very elegant yeast profile, making up for much of the luxurious mouthfeel, although never a saison: a rich and dryhopped golden ale instead. Layered orchard fruits in taste: apricot compote and yellow apple juice, not cloying too soon. Remarkably executed monothematic golden ale.

Clear blond beer, creamy yellowish irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: citrus, bit funky, grapefruit, yeast, barnyard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: exotic fruits, lychee, soft bitterness, sweet touch, kiwi, lemon rind. Aftertaste: little sour, funky, kiwi, citrus, little dry, grassy, nice bitterness. But a saison? Nope.
