Saeglopur (2177) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - AUG 21, 2014
From bottle at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pale yellow, hazy body, with a small, frothy, white head, that disappears quickly. Intense aroma of citrus and orange peel, spices, some green apple, herbs. Taste with about the same aromas, but not as intense. Mouthfeel is medium, oily, with a medium carbonation and it finishes dry, sour fruity and spicy. Very good, although nothing outstanding. A typical Saison, with nice spicy and sour fruity notes. Easy to drink, the ABV isn’t noticeable. Darkmagus82 (2302) - - AUG 17, 2014

Served on tap in a 10 oz chalice glass
Appearance – Served a yellow-orange colored brew with a one finger fizzy white head. The head faded quite fast leaving only a light amount of lacing behind.
Smell – The aroma is fruity and yeasty. Lemon and orange greet the nose with some highlights of tropical fruits mixed within. A yeasty smell brings with it some pepper, grass and a spicy note. Rounding out he smells are some notes of a citrus and floral hops.
Taste – The taste begins with a lots of the fruit that was detected in the nose. Orange and apple create the bulk of the fruit taste up front, but are joined by tropical notes as the taste advances. While upfront the yeast is on the tamer side, it grows rather strong more toward the middle and the end. With the yeast comes a peppery and grassy/haylike taste more classic of the farmhouse style. At the end with flavors that the yeast brings getting stronger a yeasty, sweet, haylike/grassy and sour fruit taste is left to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the creamier side but yet maintained a rather crisp feel. The higher level of carbonation only accentuates the crispness, complementing well the tart and fruity flavors of the brew. Not too shabby.
Overall – A very nice drinking and flavorful brew. I would definitely recommend, as it was a nice blend of funky, smooth, citrus, and sweet. One to give a go to if you get a chance. planky84 (3259) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 12, 2014
On tap at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green. Gold pour with a white head. Rhubarb, grapefruit and lemon zest aroma. Grapefruit, lemon sherbet and wheat flavour. Citrus-bitter finish. Good stuff. bubblehouse (1531) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - AUG 10, 2014
Pretty good saison. Nice aroma but left a bit of a funny taste. I will chalk it up to having to many kinds of beer in one night. Christpuncher (3112) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 10, 2014
A nicely done saison that is slightly fruity and somewhat bitter. Easy to drink and is golden yellow in color with a white head. Had at hot leaf in Chicago

Brooklyn. Sorachi ace, Bomber.
Appearance - super light golden color. Retains a Great, foamy head for a while. Slightly cloudy complexion.
Nose - very distinct and clean. Similar to a lager scent. Perhaps its the sorachi hops. Little bit of fruity notes.
Flavor - Excellent effervescent flavor you’d expect with a good saison. I thoroughly enjoyed how refreshing this is. Especially in such a hop driven DIPA world.
Notes - Great overall drinker. I would definitely enjoy this on a hot summer day or light spring day equally. And for a bit if added fun, saber the top right off to impress your friends.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s. It pours clear golden with a decent white head. The nose is big sorachi....bubblegum, fennel, aniseed, coconut and plenty of heady herbal notes. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemon sherbet, herbal, grassy, aniseed and citrus peel with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Too much sorachi for me... mR_fr0g (12067) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 8, 2014
Keg at mother kellys. Aroma is sweet wheat parfummed, not huge sorachi character. Nice clear golden colour with a lasting white head. Flavour is clean and crisp with wheat and parfummed, light saison yeast character, light citrus. Very drinkable. Some jam. Palate I’d really nice crisp and highish carbonation. Lingering lemon. giorgos_gtc (97) - GREECE - AUG 4, 2014
The sense of pumkin is the first that come into my mind. Shape and appearance from a lager beer but the quality is a lot better.
