Bottle 75 cl, BBE April 2016. Pours hazy pale golden in color with a small white head. Citrus, mild soap
and summer meadow in aroma. This truly captures the summer notes in aroma so well, it’s actually like
walking outside in the meadow. You just keep go back sniffing on the aroma before taking a sip. Perfect
carbonation as well to keep it refreshing enough. Taste is very crisp with some citrus and light peppery spicyness as well. Really tasty too and this was a perfect choice on this hot evening. Aftertaste is
filled with citrus notes and some green grassy bitterness, even if that’s not too overwhelming. My best
saison so far. Extremely smooth and crisp, which makes this very enjoyable. michcam8 (565) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 26, 2013

Growler on tap at Joe Canal. Pours a golden yellow with a large long lasting fluffy white head. Very good lacing and head retention. Aroma is of ripe fruit, pears, sweet yeast and spice fruit essence. Taste same as aroma with some mild spice hops bitterness. A medium body, crisp and refreshing on the palate, mild carbonation. The Finish is a combination of sweet spice ripe fruit, pears, yeast and biscuit malt followed by mild spice bitterness for balance. A very good, tasty, refreshing and flavorful brew. Not my style but a great brew. Pours golden with a white head. Super unique hop profile with almost a warming appeal.
