COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Bottle. Pours a hazy lemon gold with a large white head. Aroma has some honey, yeast, farmhouse style spice. Slight creaminess. Lively in the mouth yet soft. Taste has some honey sweetness, vanilla, creamy, herbal note in there. Lovely stuff. I had this on draft at a bar just down from the brewery in brookyn and I think I enjoyed it more though.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a nice head with good lacing. Aroma is slightly fruity with hint of yeast. Taste of yeast, citrus and slight malt sweetness and spice in the background. Nice bitterness that lingers a bit into a dry finish. Medium body, nicely crafted and flavorful. Very enjoyable.

Bottle from Coop. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is dill, cucumber, yeast, light saison funk. Body is medium, salad sauce, yeast, with both nice bitterness and sweetness, a hint of acidity, fruity and zesty and yeasty. Minerals, chalk, too. The Belgian yeast treatment shows. Dry indeed. Good!

Aroma is nice and fresh, with citrus zest - lemon, farmhouse grass, hay and yeast. Taste is nice also, juicy and sweet. Slightly bitter and with a hint of grassy hops, medium body. Orange, lemon, some pine, slightly tarty, honey. Refreshing and highly drinkable.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Buster's on 28th. Nice color, aroma and slightly tart finish. One of the better saisons made in the USA.
