Keg at Mother Kelly’s. It pours clear golden with a decent white head. The nose is big sorachi....bubblegum, fennel, aniseed, coconut and plenty of heady herbal notes. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemon sherbet, herbal, grassy, aniseed and citrus peel with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Too much sorachi for me... djd07 (14634) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 19, 2010
Bottle as shown. Pours a pale yellow gold with a large frothy off white head that lasts awhile leaving good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a fruity malt with cereal and lemon. Thin mouthfeel with a dry hop with clove and cereal with a nice dry finish. Easy to drink hiding the alcohol well, a very good Saison from Brooklyn. Borup (14551) - Albertslund, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2015
