COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but featuring rare Sorachi Ace hop.Fermented with our special Belgian ale strain, we add Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation. After 100% bottle re-fermentation with Champagne yeast, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma. It tastes like sunshine in a glass, and that suits us just fine, especially with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.

Bottle. The pour was a cloudy golden yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white fluffy head that reduced down to a medium cap and had excellent sheets of lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt, floral and grassy hops and a funky Belgian yeast with notes of citrus (lemon), green apple, and a bit of spice. The taste was lightly sweet and rather creamy with a hint of citrus, and a mild fruity ester from the onset, progressing into a mild bitter yeasty taste with a light spicy finish. The flavor stuck around for a little while with the spicy fruity taste left lying on the taste buds. Mouthfeel was light in body with a creamy and slightly dry texture and a mild carbonation. Overall a nice crisp tasting brew with all components working harmoniously together, which did a great job of concealing the somewhat high ABV making this one very enjoyable drinking experience...

Bonne.

Amazing to the palate. Taste is full but not too heavy. Somewhat sour. Nice cloudy appearance. Great brew

330ml bottle from Mitchell’s Wines, Meadowhead - Hazy straw body, rocky white top. Nose is a nice bready yeast, reminiscent of some decent Belgium triples, taste is nice and dry with the hops coming through nicely. Refreshingly light for the ABV.

This is the clear highlight of the brooklyn mix pack. A lovely belgo saison. The aroma is sweet yeast and black pepper and the appearance is a clear cloudy gold. The taste is a mix of belgo yeast and sweet coconut mixed with some gingery spice and a plaintive bite of lemongrass. It is very smooth and delectable brew that I will pick up again. Good for a lazy Monday cooking and Best Show session.

A d?couvrir.

12floz bottle, BBD: 11.23.2017, $1.50 unit cost, nonic glass. Here is a golden brew with head that leaves spotty lace. Rosy aroma translates to flowery, lemon-peppercorn palate that is lighter in body than the listed ABV. It all comes together nicely. I approve.

Light golden colour with a white head. Earthy smell with some mandarin and champagne. Taste of orange, mandarin, brown sugar, almond and hops. Full body.
