Bottle, 75cl corked, served by the brewer, at Copenhagen Beerfestival. A hazy, orange-golden beer with a rather small, off-white head. Bretty nose with citrus, spices, herbs, wheat and fruityness. There’s a little sweetness in the mouth, but it’s more on the bretty, barnyardy sour side, with some herbs and spices as well. Smooth mouthfeel. Finishes with barnyard, fruitynes and a spicy touch. A nice brett-infused beer, still maintaining it’s original flavors. (090517) MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 27, 2009
