Light brett aroma with a bit of orangey citrus. Hazy gold color. Sweet, like a Belgian gold with a citrusy quality but not sour; woody with a brett/Belgian finish. craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - SEP 30, 2009

Bottle at CBF09, courtesy of Garrett Oliver. Pours a hazy yellow with a small yet dense white head.. Hoppy and light milky aroma, smooth and inviting. Flavour too has the same mild milky flavour. Smooth and hoppy flavoured before and into the finish. Light bitter and decling into the far finish.

bottle shared y Rich from Brooklyn Brewery! Thanks Rich! Bourbon and oak on the nose with tropical fruits, kiwi and mango. Pours blonde with a thick white head. Bourbon, oak, and funk, lovely! Oaky vanilla with traces of bourbon, tropical fruits, kiwi, strawberry, mango with candi sugar notes. Excellent beer!!!! A real treat to try! GodOfThunder (1271) - Orlando, Florida, USA - FEB 6, 2010
Thanks to Rich from Brooklyn for the taste. Aroma is mostly brett with a touch of bourbon and brown sugar. Flavor is more of the same. There’s a lot going on in here. The original beer still stands out and the bourbon sits in the background, sweetening things up. The brett just adds another level of complexity. Great brew. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUN 22, 2010

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Bourbon aroma up front, with light fruity notes, spices, and a hint of tart fruit. the flavor has bourbon sweetness, sweet caramel malt, fruity and spicy yeast, just a touch of bretty funk, light tartness, and lightly toasted malts. Good shit.
