I had it from the bottle. The taste is sweet malt, bread, spice, and alcohol. Its smooth and has a hoppy hint to it. It stayed drinkable as it warmed. This was pretty good.

A oublier.

8/X/15 - 12Fl. Oz. bottle @ Uncle Babes Burger Bar (Gent) - BB: 29/X/15 (2015-1463)

Clear reddish brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, dried fruits, some caramel, malty. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, metallic, green banana, bit watery, more metallic, bit fruity. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, malts, sourish touch, bit nutty, some toast, watery, caramel, little roasted. Pretty light and watery for a winter ale, if you ask me.

12oz Flasche. Dunkelbraune Farbe mit beigem dnnen Schaum. Das Bier duftet nach Malz, Toffee und Trockenobst. Geschmack ist ssslich malzig. Etwas alkoholisch.

355ml bottle. Murky brown shade. Can barely manage a head. Aroma is smoky malt with some fruity character lurking. A lot of earthy toffee flavours on the tongue. Quite sweet. Suitably wintery I guess but just felt a bit lacking somehow.
