375 ml bottle, no Batch number printed on the label, label says 13% ABV. Served in a snifter, the mead pours a clear pale gold color. The mead smells like wildflower honey, earthiness and a bit of green apple. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with a slight floralness noticeable too. It's earthy and a bit sweet. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and easy enough to drink. I thought it was a good enjoyable mead, I liked it. If you're looking for a semi-dry mead then buy a bottle or 2 of this! $13.99 a bottle.

This honey wine is heavy on the palette after taking a sip. The honey taste lasts quite awhile. None of us cared for this wine it didn’t really taste like a Riesling - too heavy and the aroma didn’t appeal to any of us either. The appearance was somewhat cloudy when compared to other white wines and other Rieslings.

Sampled on draft at the meadery this mead poured a very pale yellow color. The aroma was sweet and tangy with a strong tannin note. The flavor was semi sweet with tannin and oak notes. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Too much tannin for my taste.

draft at meadery, this tastes like everyone else base mead. Very thin, slightly off and sweetish. Some floral flavors inthere, but overall boring

Straw colored out of the tap and still. Big flowery honey nose. Sweet honey mead with some pear notes. Nice full flavored honey mead.

Taster on tap at the meadery. Totally translucent, kind of paler yellow color. Very nice spot-on wild flower honey aroma. Medium to bigger body. Kind of smooth, very light carbonation. More dry finish. Good moderate sweet taste, lightly dry finish, mild alcohol. Not as syrupy or sweet as most meads of this gravity are. Awesome mead, very nice and well done.

Draft to taster at the meadery. Looks solid; a still and completely transparent light gold. Smells of good honey. Tastes like it smells, but not as robust. Decent on the palate. Not bad.
