Bottle shared by Thompson. Clear golden color, quickly disappearing white head. Smell and taste pear, sweetness, lightly sugar. Oh well, a nice drinkable lemonade.

Bottled. The aroma has pear, citrus. Clear, golden coloured perry with not much head. The taste is light sweet, has fruitiness. No complexity from yeast. Quite carbonated. Still refreshing.

Wie auch der Apfelbruder ist dieser Cider nicht wirklich authentisch und bietet viel Parfum und Kunst. Kaum trinkbar, künstlich, dumpf.

McTapps (6976) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - APR 24, 2015
Bottle from Dilo in Bochum. The cider has got a clear ligth golden-vanilla colour with a sticky body. Mild carbonation. Aroma of sugar, sweetness and ripe fruits. Taste of pears out of a can, sugar, overripe pears, vanilla and caramel. Artifical touch and way too sweet. Did not like it.

50cl bottle from intermarché supermarket. Clean light gold color. Thin body. Medium sweetness, medium bitterness. Pearl, wine, apple aroma.

GoufCustom (2172) - HONG KONG - APR 20, 2014

500 ml bottle bought at YATA in Grand Centry Place, Mong Kok.

Clear light golden yellow ciolour; Razor-thin head and residual soapy white foam which fades in 5 seconds; No lacing with fairly fizzy carbonation; Tart and musty aroma of dry white wine, with light apple juice, faint sugar, cellar and tannic; Medium sweet taste of apple-pear wine, with notable alcohol, light pear juice, sugar, tannic and light tartness; Light body, watery palate; Mouth feel is quite sweet pear and apple wine with strong boozy notes. Notable tannic and light tartness to counter the winey pear juice palate. Moderate sweetness. Okay… Fairly dry after taste. Very easy and slightly boozy to mouth.

Comments: Like its Apple Cider proper, this one is also light and watery, as well as very peary, fairly winey and boozy with good tannic and tartness. Very refreshing especially in Summer or after a hearty meal. Drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale headless beer with the aroma of pear obviously. Not much else going on really. Flavor is medium sweet, very fruity and loads of pear. Very thin bodied, watery texture. Really not much going on here, moving on.

deanso (10101) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - NOV 24, 2013
50cl bottle. Very thin white head. Clear pale golden pour. An ok cider, nothing special
