Bottle. Red-brown / mahogany color with a white head. Aromas of berries and flowers and a weak tone of caramel. Body is a bit thin for such a strong beer, but it has a great nutty taste with some burnt tones.

Sampled cask conditioned. Dark. Full bodied and buttery with low bitterness. I’m no real fan of the Broughton’s.
