Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Slight haze.
Nose - lemon, orange and barley.
Taste - more barley water.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a tangy finish.

Cask at Tibbie Shiels Inn. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Great lacing. Aroma of grain, mineral water and pear. Flavour is very like the aroma. Golden-amber. Has a fairly earthy character on the nose, slightly towards the hop. Juicy and biscuity, with a lot of hop bitterness and a slightly crackery character, finishing quite dry.

Nose is malt, light hops, touch of cramel - a little thin and lacking in aroma.
Taste comprises citrus notes, hops, caramel, malt.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the finish.
