Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Deep ruby. Sweet and caramelly. Mild and malty with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Soem caramelized sugar and the lightest touch of figs. Carefully salty grassy finish. Mildly warming. harrisoni (19189) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 4, 2006
Cask handpull at Wenlock. Ruby colour with thin beige head. Lots of fruity malt on this. Some good malt, fruits are red and dark. Some spicey hop on finish. Juicy, rounded in mouth. Nice enough. Stuu666 (14596) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 25, 2013

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm) Dark brown colour leaning in the mahogany direction, pale brown, frothy head. Malty nose with dark fruit, blackberries and a hint of chocolate. Malty taste with wild berries, dark fruit and some chocolate. Rather sweet with lots of berries. Nice beer, but from a beer with the name Winter Fire, I would expect a little more ... fire. chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 8, 2011
Cask (gravity dispense) at the Pigs Ear Beer Festival, London on 6 December 2006. Deep ruby colour. Lightly malty aroma with some fruity accents. Stronger fruit on the palate - berries dominant. Lots of malt and no discernible hop presence leaves it feeling a bit unbalanced as far as I’m concerned. Mouthfeel is mellow and sweetish but not too sticky, so retains an amiable drinkability.
