On tap at Brouhaha, pours a cloudy blonde with a big white head. Aroma of wheat and light citrus, giving a subtle tartness. Flavour of wheat, light citrus and some yeast. Light and citrusy (which characterizes this one). Decent, but boring as this style usually is.

Hazy reddish brown ale with a thin white head. Pleasant coriandrr and honey, very Unibroeue styled. In mouth, rich malt with coriander notes, cloves and ginger. Goes well with the Fol Épi cheese. Medium to ric bodied. Bottle 6 months old from Joanette. Excellent. Merci Marc B.!

On tap at Brouhaha. Pours a hazed golden amber with medium to large white head. Gentle musk on the nose, a bit of wheat and a hint of lemon. Medium-bodied, soft musk, a bit of sweetness. Lingering sweet yeast on the finish. Tasty enough.

Some kind of sour wheat beer, looks like a wheat beer. Aroma of bleach and spice such as corriander. Didn’t work for me.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2013 2013-06-01. Murky orange pastel body, tiny white head. 3+ Flavour is fruity, muddled citrus, light wheat character. 7+ Yeasty wheat aroma, modest fruity citrus. 7+ Smooth average plus palate, low carbonation. Nice for a cask despite the lack of carbonation. Enjoyable, citrus character adds positively to the overall impression. Enjoyable. 7/3/7/3/14-15 On cask at Benelux, Montreal

2005-08-XX. Dark hazy golden pastel yellow body with a big fluffy white head. (3+) The head is attractive but made me worry it might be infected, thankfully the aroma and taste did not give that impression. Tart aroma of mild lemon and citrus, touch of yeasty funk. Flavour has an initial tart bite up front with an underlying sweetness and lemony notes throughout. Average palate. Not great but surprisingly quenching on a warm day. 6/4/6/3/13 - 3.2 Bottle from Metro Joanette. </I<

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2008 The Lure:
A blond-orange gown greets the eyes, topped with ample, sticky foam. Leaping coriander seeds and slightly citrusy fruitiness coexist in harmony, as wheat and spices frolick all around.

The Festivities:
A perfect carbonation, fluffy but comfortable, sends over a very flavorful interplay of coriander, fruity yeast, leafy hops and milky sweetness. The finale is equally succulent, introducing mild herbal hop bitterness into the already very active flavor display. This is a textbook Witbier, expertly rendered.

On tap at Brouhaha.

tap on the premises. muddy and ugly pale yellow greyish with a nice white head, some retention and lacing. very yeasty, bready and wheaty - almost like eating a tablespoon of bread yeast, loads of pepper, citrus with its light tartness, wheat-plenty, herbs - coriander and other green herbs. lively carbonation, light body - oily, herbal-grassy-citrusy-spicy finish. awfully ugly and tastes quite nice and complex - ambiguously ambivalent..

[5467-20130601] Cask. Sweet orange lemon aroma. Murky, light orange body with a quick foamy off-white head. Bitter orange juicy hops flavour has a great underlying muted bitter base. Medium body. Delicious, very drinkable. (8/3-/9/4/16) 4.0

Draught at ’Mondial de la Biere 2009’, Montréal, QC. Pours a very cloudy pale yellow with an average size somewhat-lasting white head. Nice aroma of banana, citrus, other fruit and wheat. Very refreshing flavour, follows the aroma and tastes great. Average bodied. Fantastic! That’s three for three with brewery so far!
