Another interesting serious beer from them. Tasty? Brian bottle share, Light purple-orange colour. Brett nose, somewhat tart.

June 12, 2014 - at Brouhaha - on draught. Deep reddish-brown with a small tan creamy head. Aroma of red wine, oak, funky and a bit musty - background berry fruit. Love that taste - red wine, cassis - very fruity - almost like aged in a brandy barrel - hides the alcohol well (8+). Airy, a little light and sticky, finishes quick, but this is a lush beer - complex and a little challenging. Loved it.

On tap at Bières et Saveurs. Aroma: over ripe wild apples, alcohol. App: murky brown, minimal white head. Taste and palate: medium to full body, medium sweetness, soft carbonation, vinous, sour finish. Overall:not a quadrupel to me but this really good. Not too wild, not too sweet. Great balance. Good job Brouhaha.

[Draught at Pub Brouhaha, Montreal] Pours a dark amber-brown with a spare head. Aroma of dark fruit, red wine, wood, spices and brett. Flavour has lots of dark fruit, it’s tart as well, along with light spices and funky yeast. Medium bodied. Really good stuff.

Tap at the mondiale 2014. Dark purple pour, with a dark pinkish purple head. This was a big beer, and quite sour. Loads of dark berries innthe aroma with copious amount of funk! This was way more sour than i expected. Lots of sour and funk, and its balanced quite well by the juicy, sweet, berry flavors. Quite impressive.

lesifflebiere (1928) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 17, 2014

Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 13, 2014
A hazed reddish burgundy ale with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant berry and sourness, Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice fruity and acidity with sour berry, cereal, silky smooth, on tap at Mondial 2014.
