Draft at the Birch. Light and bright, and crystal clear. Gluey head. Classic aroma for a Tripel -- light and wheaty. This drinks with an amazing sticky-yet-creamy mouthfeel and an almost spicy but not quite flavor. Banana, and a little bit of orange, mingled with wheat and yeast. Amazing! Nice orangy amber colour. Aromatic, hints of herbs, hops.
Lightly sweet, no noticeable bitterness, mouthfilling, fullbodied, creamy texture.
Persistent, superb beer! Damico (3146) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 8, 2010
It has a thick syrupy hefeweizen or white ale smell, no surprise after reading the description. The color is awesome cloudy golden with sediment. The flavor has sweet vanilla and citrus notes on a thick body. The flavor of Belgian yeast comes in strong on this delicious, strong ale. mikske79 (1788) - Puerto Plata, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - AUG 9, 2014
Een bier met een bijzondere smaak, maar mij beviel het enorm. Dit ga ik nog drinken Jerre (3858) - Waregem, BELGIUM - JUN 24, 2008
