Flaska. Guldfärgad med stort vitt skum. Doftar sura bär, karamell och banan. Smakinslag av desamma plus citrus och omogna äpplen. Kolsyrig munkänsla.

Pours amber with big foam head. Citrus pine nose. Bread yeast full bodied Flavour which you expect from a Belgian ale but with a nice lemon bitterness on finish. Smooth lingering sweet malts on the palate. An elegant, delicious beer. Lovely.

Keg at the Salt House, Galway. Dark amber with off white head. Strong yeasty elements initially followed by a caramel but with a hint of fruity sourness.

On tap in The Black Sheep, Dublin. Dark amber pour, frothy white head. Malty sweetness, banana, slightly boozy with lots of hops. Slight aniseed. Meaty with good carbonation. Really delicious.

Draught at WJ Kav. Cloudy amber with a thin head. Aroma is lots of spice, yeast. Flavour is tangy yeast, sour fruit bitterness. Long bitter hop, dry spice with a citrus base. A little fizz.

Aroma - Sweet fruity cotrus, resinous hops, orange, slight pineapple(!), soft spicy hops, touch of tropical fruits, great nose
Taste - Sweet fruity malts, tropical fruits, apricot, hint of peach, some bitter zesty hops, some fruity yeast esters, creamy, complex
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, oily, quite creamy, sweet palate. Finish as main flavour, sweet fruity with bitter hop linger
Overall - Very impressed - Hit a 4.0 for me straight away
