pours hazy light golden with a decent white head, some retention and lacing. wheat, graininess, lemon zest and oranges, spicy coriander - slightly too much of these ’’non-pure’’ ingredients. hint of sweetness and acidity. although it surely adds freshness to the brew. prickly carbonation without it being aggressive, light body, decent herbal-grassy-citrusy finish. ok.

Bouteille 750ml.

Bottle. Pale hazy yellow pour with smallish white head. Aroma is cereal oriented, wheat, fresh grains, light breadiness, some citrus character. Taste is light, citrusy and grainy, yeast is not too present. Palate is light with medium carbonation, super drinkable. Quite decent.

A hazed golden wit with a thin white head. In aroma, a nice citrusy and fruity malt with light acidity. In mouth, a nice smooth spice up wit with bananas, cloves, nice and smooth. Tasted Sept 8 2012.

Biere blanche 5% alc. 750 ml. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - 750ml. Hazy pale blond body with a thick, fading white foamy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with citrusy, yeasty, and herbal hints. Taste carries grainy, yeasty, and coriander notes. Ends with a good grainy/herbal finish. Not bad.

750ml bottle from Saq A: citrusy, big on coriander, wheat. App: hazy straw lasting white head with good lacing. T/p: light body finishes on a acidic note it’s crisp. Med carbonation. O: A nice surprise. Misses only the mouthfeel no flaked oat? Sure the pricetag was a little high but well worth the try IMHO.
