Clear blond beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive leaving a nice lacing. Aroma: stable (it’s becoming a bit boring, here in Germany), sweet light malts, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body, surprisingly. Taste: very malty, bit sweet, grains, little herbal, bitter hops, bit of citrus. Aftertaste: grains, little metallic, dry clean bitter ending.
Pours golden with a small white head. Robust yeastiness on the nose. Tastes clean and finishes pretty dry. bierkoning (13815) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - DEC 9, 2011
