’s No 1, Saarbrücken. Yellow colour, big creamy white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, some bready and mild sweet malty notes. Flavour is herbal, grassy, grainy and some mild earthy notes to it. Nice herbal and grasy finish.
And another 0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear golden in the glass, one finger head. Smells low grassy, hints of citrus. Taste starts with a pleasant hop bitterness, hay and grain. Malt in the second row. Metallic elements to the end. Above average carbonation. A nice Pilsener. darkseduction (773) - Zweibrücken, GERMANY - MAY 20, 2008
Bottle 33cl. Nice golden colour, nice but big bubble head, quickly disappearing. Elegant, dry but no longlasting aftertaste. No surprises here, but overall well done.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Alldrink Getränke just down the hill from Morlautern. Pours a golden yellow color. Aromas of grass, cheerios, and some hops. Flavor is typical pilsner, not a lot of hops, a nice smooth taste. Nice and dry in the finish. yespr (48931) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JAN 4, 2013

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, sweet malt, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, grassy, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Medium to good just off-white head, fed by well-carbonated classic golden beer. Very malty nose, bit of caramel and distinctive, if rather unsettling aroma of coffee-with-milk. Warm grains, and grassy at the end. Very grassy in taste, however, CO²-sourish lining, malts generally dominating but hops are clearly only just sub-treshold. Quite fizzy, seems a bit overcarbonated with somewhat aggressive MF. Light to medium body. Better than the sum of its parts. Big thanks to Marcusfromthebeerdesert! tderoeck (10639) - Gent, BELGIUM - AUG 21, 2012
9/VIII/2012 - on tap as Bruch No. 1 Pilsener @ Zum Stiefel (Saarbrücken) - BB: n/a - (2012-864)
Clear blond beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive leaving a nice lacing. Aroma: stable (it’s becoming a bit boring, here in Germany), sweet light malts, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body, surprisingly. Taste: very malty, bit sweet, grains, little herbal, bitter hops, bit of citrus. Aftertaste: grains, little metallic, dry clean bitter ending.
