Taste is again grainy and medium sweet with notes of toasted malts, bread dough, hay, biscuit, herbs and spices. Light to medium bodied with ok carbonation. Overall, ok

Bottle. Pours a coppery color with a head thades to spots of lacing. Aroma of citrus, fruit, grassand bit of malt sweetness. Taste of a light malt sweetness bit of fruit and grass. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly light body, quite smooth with a subtle sweetness. Easy drinking beer with no frills.

Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Picked up on the Bamberg Jolly. Aroma is nutty malts, some staling, wheat and hazel nuts, some mineral. Hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Some berry in the nose as well. Flavour is composed of nutty, sem-stale malts, earthy, and some beans. Some spicy hop in the finish. Palate is semi-crisp, semi-sweet. moderate carbonation.

Bottle at Chriso. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The nose is sweet, doughy, grass, must, hay, straw and buttered toast. The taste is crisp, doughy, grass, earth, hay, light bitterness, grain, cereal, dried fruits and underlying sweetness with a short finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not bad.
