COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Frucht, our land of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels - the largest known to be fabricated in this country. Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if were Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has boysenberries added, which impart a puckering jamminess and gem-like hue.

@CBF Brilliant reddish purple Huge berry flavor and aroma. Far more sour/tart than your typical Berliner, but totally expected that. Still light, refreshing and delicious.

On tap at Hops & Pie. Clear ruby reddish appearance with a fully dissipating head. The aroma is fruity and juicy with tart berries, light vanilla and a touch of oak. Similar flavor, juicy, jammy, fruity, moderately sweet and mildly tart. Light, thin body with a light puckering feel and a dry finish. Nice.

750 from Whole Foods PM. Pours hazy fruit punch color with fizzy off-white head. Fruity, yeasty, funky nose. Tastes heavy in the berry department, tart, with yeasty notes, and a funky, fruity, very tart finish. Good stuff.

Draft at ebp. Pours an opaque dark crimson with no head or lace. Mild tangy tart berry nose. Creamy medium flat body with mild tangy tart berry flavors. Beautiful flavors but not as much complexity or finish happening here as you might expect from rue.
