Bottle. Clear yellow colour with a reasonable head that quickly disappeared. Aroma was very yeasty with notes of citrus, slight hoppy. Flavour was medium sweet with a caramel aftertaste. Nice and very drinkable Blond. Hansen (8587) - Assentoft, DENMARK - NOV 11, 2006
Has I got one, that has been standing in the sun??? It looks ok, clear and golden, fine white head. But it sure has an odd aroma and flavor, almost like soup, salty and brouth. Jerre (3307) - Waregem, BELGIUM - SEP 17, 2006

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a small, creamy, white head. Soft, malty lightly yeasty nose. Medium body, sweetish malty. Quite fruity. No real bitterness. 060706 JorisPPattyn (9927) - Ursel, BELGIUM - JUN 25, 2006
Colour of old gold: good yellowish head, dense & fine. Pale malts, a little caramel, parsley, and above all, there’s an overlying ’aromatic’ benzene aroma. Faint caramel, toffee flavours. Because of the freezing serving temperature, not too sweet. Still - sweet/neutral by main taste. The benzene thankfully doesn’t prolong itself into the taste. Finish is slightly gingerbread. Medium bodied at best (then again, the temperature...). Bl**dy useless beer. Mr. Toye, if you want to reverse things at Palm, and want again respect, revive our Aerts 1900 , please!
