Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours with slight haze and white head. The aroma is mildly tart followed by malt and prunes and a mild sense of black pepper. The taste is sweet, candi sugar and spicy yeastiness. It becomes a bit tart midway and slightly sour too. Bottle. Poured hazy lighter golden with a short cap of beige head. The aroma was thick, sweet, and warm with honey and pale malts supporting some black peppery spicage.. rather simple, but well-presented. The flavor was warm as well with honey and pale bready sweetness at the core.. black pepper, floral notes, and alcohol warmth graced the edges.. sticky with decent character. Bottle shared. Poured a hazy gold. Aroma of spice, clove, fruit, oak. Taste is very nice, good amount of yeast with the fruit, spice, and oak. Body is light and carbonated, making this very drinkable. 11% is very well hidden. Overall, a very nice tripel.

Orange hazy pour with big thick white head. Fruity, spicey nose with apricots cherries, spice, oak. One of the better aromas i’ve found in tripels. Flavor is complex and clean, never cloying. Poured golden and clear with a white head.
Had a clean and crisp aroma.
The sip starts simple and clean and then opens up like a flower to reveal a surprisingly complex brew. Obvious fruit notes with cherry dominating. Perhaps hints of chocolate strewn about.

Draft pours a golden body with a thin lacing. Loads of alcohol latent fruity esters, gum, bananas, citrus, and apple skins. Drastically sweet malt body with a transient lemon tartness for balance. Wow overbearingly sweet. I tried to pawn this off but was to late.
My notes say 2.8- i think this might even be generous.
