Tap. Pours clear orange, small off white head, minimal lacing. Aroma of honey, field grass, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, Belgian spice. Medium body. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 5, 2005
UPDATED: APR 22, 2009 Lasting white ring covers a clear golden body. Yeast heavy aroma shows strong estery character, bringing obvious banana and pear notes. Fresh honeyed cereals proliferate on the palate while hay-like flavours never manage to dry the beer out. Instead, a weighty herbal character grows with every sip, in a intoxicating way combined with the high ethanol component. A very heady triple, perhaps a bit too hot for its own good. /////////// Now from the 750 mL bottle. Very very yeasty, but well-hopped, flowery and lemony tripel with strong banana esters and a gentle sourdough tartness. Authentic Belgian texture. Score would drop to 3.0

Amber pour with a white head. Aroma of pale bread, hops and fruit. Taste is light with a small alcohol bite. Masks the 11% alcohol well without getting too dark with the malts. jtclockwork (16425) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 19, 2016

(Draught) Pours a cloudy golden body with a tall creamy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, outhouse, herbal, grass, and apricot. Flavor of floral, candi sugar, herbs, and earthiness with a dry finish. jcr (2692) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - SEP 17, 2009
Bomber. Straightforward, plain vanilla tripel with an off-taste in the finish. Hazy, deep gold body. Big white head, mostly lasting. Sweet aroma with notes of pears, bread and spice. Hint of lemon. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and lightly bitter. The overly sweet flavor and spice seem disjointed, resulting in an aftertaste that is not satisfying, but also is not a deal-breaker. Medium body, watery to smooth texture and moderate carbonation. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 23, 2009
Tap at Barcade. Pours a medium golden slight haze with a thin ok lasting white head and slight lace. Aroma is initially packed with nice earthy and phenolicy yeasty spices - cardamon, ginger, etc, but then goes into a garbage funk with lots of DMS and cooked vegetables- corn and carrots.
Flavor is a slight slick somewhat sweet pale malts with light caramel, toasted bread, and a hint of lemon zest along with a bit more DMS but not as powerful as the aroma. Finish is a bit prickly and harsh. Meh. thedm (6143) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 2, 2009
This draft brew from a beer festival poured a small sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were and left behind a hazy softly carbonated orange colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was malty. The crisp mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a medium caramel aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of malt and fruity. An OK brew just nothing special. jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - SEP 1, 2008
