GTOM ’08 - This poured deep golden in color with a thin head. Aromas were of candi sugar, yeast, herb, spice and alcohol. In the mouth it was powerful and concentrated with a lingering finish. Nice stuff. kseecs16 (1216) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - SEP 19, 2008
Draft at Brugge Brasserie. Appears light orange hued golden with a creamy white head. Hints of rich and funky yeast on a predominantly sweet citric fruity nose. Tart with a sweet body and bitter grapefruity finish. Quite rich and sweet. Full and nicely carbonated with a lingering dryness. tjthresh (1872) - Greenfield, Indiana, USA - DEC 10, 2008
On draft at the brewpub. Pours hazed dirty yellow with some snow white head. The aroma is pretty straight forward banana and peppery or colve spice notes. Flavor is nice. The banana and spice are well blended and balanced. Medium body with ample carbonation and a balanced finish. GMCC2181 (1617) - Newark, Delaware, USA - DEC 15, 2008
Bottle courtesy of stfun aka the man... Light yellow in color good head. Aroma and taste and pretty much the same. Nice lemony taste, very crisp and zesty. Touch of spices and banana as well. No way this beer was eleven percent.... Not a trace of alcohol in it. Over all a solid triple. Thanks Josh LarvalChemist (29) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - MAR 8, 2009
Poured golden and clear with a white head.
Had a clean and crisp aroma.
The sip starts simple and clean and then opens up like a flower to reveal a surprisingly complex brew. Obvious fruit notes with cherry dominating. Perhaps hints of chocolate strewn about.
Very light in body and very drinkable.

Bottle shared. Poured a hazy gold. Aroma of spice, clove, fruit, oak. Taste is very nice, good amount of yeast with the fruit, spice, and oak. Body is light and carbonated, making this very drinkable. 11% is very well hidden. Overall, a very nice tripel. Ibrew2or3 (8912) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - MAY 25, 2009
Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours with slight haze and white head. The aroma is mildly tart followed by malt and prunes and a mild sense of black pepper. The taste is sweet, candi sugar and spicy yeastiness. It becomes a bit tart midway and slightly sour too. It ends with diminishing notes of prunes, cherries, raisins, black pepper and sugar sweetness. SrSilliGose (3324) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - JUN 11, 2009

Had this on tap at the brewpub but was in town for a wedding with a lot of family and didn’t take good tasting notes beyond the numbers.
