Bottle courtesy of stfun aka the man... Light yellow in color good head. Aroma and taste and pretty much the same. Nice lemony taste, very crisp and zesty. Touch of spices and banana as well. No way this beer was eleven percent.... Not a trace of alcohol in it. Over all a solid triple. Thanks Josh LarvalChemist (29) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - MAR 8, 2009
Poured golden and clear with a white head.
Had a clean and crisp aroma.
The sip starts simple and clean and then opens up like a flower to reveal a surprisingly complex brew. Obvious fruit notes with cherry dominating. Perhaps hints of chocolate strewn about.
Very light in body and very drinkable. BVery (10485) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - MAR 16, 2009
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 TAP: golden pour, good lacing. Fruity, spicy nose, complex flavor of fruit, banana, cherry, spice. Very nice tripel. Hank1980 (966) - Athens, Georgia, USA - APR 13, 2009
Bottle shared. Poured a hazy gold. Aroma of spice, clove, fruit, oak. Taste is very nice, good amount of yeast with the fruit, spice, and oak. Body is light and carbonated, making this very drinkable. 11% is very well hidden. Overall, a very nice tripel. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - MAY 25, 2009
Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours with slight haze and white head. The aroma is mildly tart followed by malt and prunes and a mild sense of black pepper. The taste is sweet, candi sugar and spicy yeastiness. It becomes a bit tart midway and slightly sour too. It ends with diminishing notes of prunes, cherries, raisins, black pepper and sugar sweetness.

Had this on tap at the brewpub but was in town for a wedding with a lot of family and didn’t take good tasting notes beyond the numbers. misterbeer (313) - greenwood, Indiana, USA - MAY 8, 2010

draft at Mad Anthony Oktobeerfest - Pours very hazy yellow-orange with a huge head that leaves abundant lacing. It smells of spicy Belgian yeast and bananas. The sweet flavor has banana and citrus notes and leads into a somewhat dry finish. Good tripel. kjc51478 (441) - Valparaiso, Indiana, USA - MAY 28, 2011
Draft at Brew Pub. Appearance was orangish color with light, frothy head. Aroma is pear, some citrus, and yeast. Taste is similar with pear, banana, and slight citrus with a doughy yeast flavor and slight floral hop bitterness. Palate is medium-bodied, soft carbonation, smooth texture, and slight bitter finish. Nice Tripel.
