Thanks Yespr. The beer floods out of the bottle and the color is unclear golden and the head is nice. The aroma has notes of malt, apple, syrup, fruit and light spice. The flavour has sweetness, notes of syrup, malt, fruit and it’s slightly spicy. Not a beer I’ll remember. Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - MAY 19, 2008
Bottle. Pours a golden cloudy body with a foamy white head. Aroma is spices, yeast, and citrus. Palate is just that but quicky dying out leaving not much to appreciate. Scauca (490) - Lovere, ITALY - MAY 17, 2008
Hazy blond with a nice disappearing white head. Spicy, malty, little citrusy/fruity. Veggies, boring palate and flavours. Useless. shalloWMeans (169) - Independence, Kentucky, USA - MAY 15, 2008
UPDATED: JUL 2, 2008 Obtained a free 12oz. bottle of this from work. Ahh, the beauty of working at the Party Source. This is a little known brewery that we just got in and the distributors brought us some extras to sample. (Couldn’t have happened at a better time; I had just commented earlier that I was in the mood for a good Blonde.) It poured with a very large well sustained rocky, billowing head into my Duvel tulip. The color is very deep golden amber and rather dark for a typical "blonde" Nice bead with "tornado" effect similar to Duvel. Strong, sweet, candi sugar, cedar spices, orange, cinammon/ apple-struedel aromas and a thick molasses complexity. Very intense. There is slight bitterness on the palate, with the cinammon tingling the tongue. Plenty of liveliness, bitter curacao orange, some citrus acidity, slight saltiness, and a warming liquorish, alcoholic finish, which causes a lovely tingling sensation on the roof of the mouth and back of the tongue. Overall the finish is very long-lived, leaving a lovely, drying bitter but fruity citrus taste throughout the palate. This beer definitely delivered more than I expected, and I feel is just a little underrated. DougShoemaker (3147) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 24, 2008
Aroma of citrus, malt and yeast, cloudy apricot, tiny white head. Flavour is apple, pear, white plum, much different than the nose, then some tangerine, malt and yeast. Medium bodied, very well balanced, pleasing mouth feel. Terrific!

Bottle at Chaucer’s Pub- Nose of spices and lemons, orange peel and fruity malts. Pours a hazy yellow with a frothed up white foam. Tastes of fruity malts, some citrus, spices, and a mild hop bitterness towards the finish. Dry, chalky finish with lingering fruit. Let this one warm up a bit, or the nose is almost impossible to get. jercraigs (10303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 21, 2008
2008-04-19. Lightly hazy golden yellow body with a small quick white head. Flavour is fairly dry, lightly alcoholic, modest sweet pale malt base. Very mild hints of spice. Fairly dry finish, light bitterness. (6+) Aroma is fairly mild, light alcohol, yeast, muted pale malt. Average palate. Serviceable but a mild, fairly plain take on the style. Bottle. Pale golden. No head. Looks boring! Aroma is from peash and some hops and yeast. Flavor is little yeasty and has some parfume. Dishwater.... Sammy (12105) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 24, 2008
Abbot on the Hill. Cloudy yellow with bubbly head. Active carbonation, by sight and mouthfeel. Yeasyu aroma. Some sourness in mouthfeel. Experience better as it warmed to room temperature. tomthompson89 (1982) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 10, 2008
had at smokeless joe’s hazy golden color, decent white foam, grassy notes on the nose, some citrus. Flavor is odd, light but as it warms it gets more intense, yeasty more alcohol becomes apparent, very easy drinking.
