11.2oz Bottle. The pour was a murky gold with a light brown hue and a small (1 finger or less) white fizzy head that diminished rapidly down to a thin film with a small collar, which did create some fair runny lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt and a musty doughy yeast with notes of apple, pears, banana and a hint of spice. The taste was very malty with a nice fruity ester from the beginning, and then progressed with a strong yeast presence and a mild spicy bitterness towards the end. The flavor lingered for an average amount of time after the swallow, with a mild alcohol warming sensation at the very end. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a ticklish carbonation. Overall this was a somewhat light Strong Ale both in body and in flavor, although it does offer an exceptionally smooth drinkability...

Blonde dabbaye basique de 7 % abv, refermente, pice. Couleur dor soutenu, la clart nette. Bulles fines, par centaines, partout. Mousse blanche, nappage soyeux 2 mm. Armes de malt grill, pointe de beurre, aubpine. 1re bouche souple lensemble malt, cuberdon, pointe mtallique. Arrire-bouche faible, amertume mdiocre.

33 cl bottle. Light orange color, hazed, lots of sediment. Big creamy white head. Punchy smell. Pale malts with yellow fruits and yeast. Light hops leading to a light bitter finish, taste sugary overall. Medium bodied, well hidden ABV, short spicy finish.

Little hazy blond to beige beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of banana, sweetish, some almonds, fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sour, malty, pretty bitter, banana, bit grassy, sour apples. Aftertaste: hoppy, fruity touch, yeast, sourish, bit infected??

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexei and Raphaelas. Thanks Yoav. Hazy blond. Straw, some minerals, a little green hops and slightly toasted aroma. Bitter and quite crispy taste. Medium body, very fizzy, bitter, malty finish. OK.
