Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small, off-white head covering a hazy amber-brown body. Good retention. Aroma of banana, vanilla, sweet red apples, caramel and raisins. Taste is sweet with apples and cobwebs a bit of caramel and vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel with light carbonation.

RexTalionis (3781) - FINLAND - OCT 13, 2017
Bottle. Darker brown in color with a tan head. Dark ripe fruityness, sweet syrup and chocolate in aroma. Chocolate, fruity mild bitterness. Interesting. Smoothens out later on. Feels quite light considering the abv.

TET (3176) - Kaarina, FINLAND - OCT 9, 2017
A brown beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has tasteful and sweet fruitness, vigs, apricot, also aromatic notes of flowers, some spices. Plums and raisin when the beer is warmer. Taste has sweet fruits, fresh and dried, plums, apricot, low spicyness. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Fresh fruitness without dried fruity heavyness of typical dubbel. Similar notes that have in the great Abbaye des Rocs Triple Impériale. Great beer and positive surprise.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist glass; from the fridge. Drinked @Delirium_Monastérium. Hmmm... The usual failed abbey dubbel : sweet with the brown sugar, the aroma is also chocolate and sugar... Boarf. Go for it, just not in a bar.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a dark purplish brown with a small white head and an aroma of sweet malts, toffee, brown sugar, overripe fruits, sweet spices and licorice. The taste is medium sweet with a light to medium body and a light to medium carbonation. Medium lasting finish. Not too complex, but nice

OCZY: ucieka z butelki. :(
brunatne, skąpa piana osiada do warstewki, ładnie firankuje;
NOS: mosiądz, cukier trzcinowy, w tle czekolada mleczna i brzoskwinia;
USTA: ciało średnie, wysoko nasycone ;
JĘZYK: śliwka w mlecznej czekoladzie, czekolada gorzka, bardzo krótka czekoladowa goryczka, metal;

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy light brown colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated opaque brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The nice aroma was vinous and brown malt. The semi-thick mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering dark malt aftertaste. The yummy flavor contained notes of vinous brown malt and dough. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

heavy (2890) - Split, CROATIA - JUN 15, 2016
Feb. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle that poured hazy brown body with huge corresponding head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, dark fruits, yeast and a bit of alcohol. Flavor was lightly sweet, malty, caramel, fresh ripe and dried fruits, licorice, cocoa and wood with only a light vinous dubbel-ish note. Quite a complex brew, with the full body. Finish was pretty long, sweet malty and lightly warming. Really nice and a tasty dubbel that evolved significantly over the style boundaries to general Belgian strong ales, but I won’t mind.
