Bottle. Color hazy yellow with big white head. Aroma malt, yeast, fruits. Taste sweet, malt, yeast.

chinchill (5311) - South Carolina, USA - NOV 17, 2012
Pours a cloudy straw-gold with a sizable, frothy, off-white head. Leaves about as much lacing as I’ve ever seen in a beer of this style. The yeasty-bready-fruity-grassy smell is paired with a yeasty-wheaty-fruity taste that is more sour than sweet. Both the aroma and the flavor have somewhat lower levels of banana and clove than those found in many Belgian blondes. Hints of coriander and lemon. Light-medium body, if a bit fuller than average for style. The carbonation is a bit aggressive. Overall: OK, but a step down in quality from their excellent Brune.

Radek Kliber (7483) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - OCT 5, 2012
Aroma: Belgian candi sugar , floral hop notes with sweetnes around. Alcohol noted but not intrusive.
Look: fine haze on golden base with fairly large frothy top.3+
Taste: sweet but not overly. Good clean cut hops on top with heat behind. Belgian yeast notes finsihing with plesant blend of malts , hops and alcohol. Solid example.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2015 At Bad Apple. OK but not great tripel. Not crisp and tart enough and the sweetness level didn’t quite work. The missus thought it was a bit one note. Serving: Tap

libertine (442) - rochester hills, Michigan, USA - JUL 28, 2012
pours cloudy yellow with a two finger head.aroma is malty.doughy with hints of bubblegum, bannana and spice.taste is a wonderful balance of malt and hops.flavor is dead on with the aroma.starts of sweet and progresses into a slight astingent bitterness.medium body with a fizzy mouthfeel.alchohol is warming and pleasant.finish is slightly bitter.lack of lacing is the only complaint i could make about this above average triple.in one word this beer is "balanced".nicely done!

solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JUN 17, 2012
Pours with really good lacing. Has mostly a floral taste, a good example of the triple on the upper end of the average. Holds it down without being anything too crazy. Some licorice, definite floral aftertaste. A little touch of bitterness. It’s a good package. Bottle from The Only Cafe.

Koskela (505) - Marysville, California, USA - JUN 14, 2012
Holy white head of doom batman! I poped the top and foam damn near exploded out the bottle. The color is a blonde cloudy with yeast floaties. The aroma is yeasty ans a bit spicy and gives the impression of a full bodied brew. The taste is indeed yeasty and there is a sweet spicy note. The body is more of a medium body. You can feel the alcohol a bit as you swallow. Overall not a bad brew worth a buy and a rebuy
