330 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 6/2014. Pours hazy deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger fairly dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of apricot, strawberry, plum, pear, apple, pepper, clove, caramel, toast, biscuit, brown sugar, brown bread, light chocolate/nuttiness, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and dark/bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of apricot, strawberry, plum, pear, apple, pepper, clove, caramel, toast, biscuit, brown sugar, brown bread, light chocolate/nuttiness, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of apricot, strawberry, pear, apple, caramel, toast, biscuit, brown bread, light chocolate/nuttiness, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of fruity/spicy yeast and dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Belgian amber ale style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast and dark/bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

ILduce (284) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 5, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 25, 2013 330ml bottle: Copper colour with off-white head. Smells like ripe fruits-peach- and caramel notes. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, and rich with caramel. Medium to full bodied with a carbonic mouthfeel. Distinct dry finish. This is a great beer with added pluses of being organic and gluten-free, which is just downright difficult to find.

Bezglutenowe piwo amber, Blonde mi chyba trochę lepiej smakowało i do tego lepiej się prezentowało. Piana bardzo zbliżona ale tu jakby szybciej oklapła. zmętniony kolor brązu może zadowalać

emacgee (4698) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - APR 8, 2013
Tasted as Brunehaut Amber Gluten Free. Pours a clean soft copper amber with two fingers of crackling off white head. Nose is fruity with some caramel and raisin, hints of spice and lightly raisiny. Not too bad. Caramel and raisin are big in the flavor, spicy and peppery with some zest. Prickly and light bodied with a lot of carbonation.
