The beer has a yellow color. It’s quite pale. The beer are a little cloudy. It looks like a good Belgian witbier. The smell is simple, but witbier like. I smell some citrus fruits, some coriander and unfortunately an unpleasant metal aroma. There is a nice alcohol smell to. There is also a little oaky touch. The taste is also a little disappointing. It is a bit to metally. The rest is just simple witbier. It has nothing special what so ever. It is not bad though. Just a good beer to drink without thinking to much.

Fine mousse blanche aux arômes beurrés de jonquille et bouton d'or. Robe trouble jaune claire. Rafraîchissant en bouche mais manque de co2. Palais assez court. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Bear Cafe, Todmorden. Light amber coloured with next to no head. Primarily fruity, there’s a little bit of activity in the palate where a mild spiciness exists. Labelled as ’Daas Witte’.

As for this kind of beer too weak aroma and head. Nice fruity taste. Light carbonation which for me is fine but one could expect a little stronger. I do not regret trying out but will not come back

For some reason, i was able to buy this retired beer last week, best before October 2016. Nowhere on the label it’s mentionned it’s sugar or gluten free, only Bio. Pours unclear yellow. Small white head.. Smell is grainy, very aromatic and fresh. Taste is bit bitter , very aromatic. , some sweetness , rather dry, thin body and carbo is on the high side. Ok white beer...
