330 ml. bottle sampled. Purchased @ Het Natuurhuis. BBF 05/18. Hazy orange, solid fluffy white. Nose is lightly metallic, big paper presence, paper-like malt, light yeast, faintly mineral, a bit watery,… Taste is touch watery, orange peel, some pepper, white sugar, light paper, touch fruit with some paper, yeast, spice, some mineral water,… Body is tad watery with some mineral water, some yeast,… Quite a strong paper taste but overall still quite decent for a gluten free Belgian Ale. A good option for people looking for a gluten free offering in this style. vinivini (2850) - Gomel, BELARUS - JUN 1, 2015

33cl bottle at home. Hazy yellow / golden with a medium white soapy head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Quite sweet with some herbal bitterness. Citrus, peach, honey, hay and herbs. An ok blonde. rdb84 (622) - NETHERLANDS - APR 26, 2015
Bottle. Nice honey pour, slightly murky, strong carbonation generous soapy and dense foam head. Strong sour, yeasty aroma typical for this style. Grains, hint of lemon, hay. Overall a nice balance. Metal taste, develops towards a sour, grainy taste that best resembles oats, pasta. Relatively neutral, slightly dry aftertaste. Not bad.

Caramel and hay, dough. Amber color, cloudy, big white head, yeast. Medium bitter and sour, long aftertaste.
One of the best gluten free beers for me. jvhemert (401) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 10, 2015
Bottle served quite cold. Very sour for a blond. Not much going for it. Mellow malt aroma. heavy (2890) - Split, CROATIA - MAR 26, 2015
Aug ’14. A 0.33 l bottle from Bio Bio store in Split, shared with Marko. It poured hazy yellow body with big head. Fine caramel and yeasty aroma, a bit grainy. Flavor was sweet, sugary, also grainy with some light off notes (dogfood). Medium bodied with quite long sweet finish. Too simple and too sweet for my taste in Belgian ales. 33 bottle at home. It’s a blonde! Clear as a bell, white head. Bready, cereal aroma. Taste: slightly sweet, then light bitterness. Tastes of wet grain and bitter hop, quite pleasant. Palate is a little thin, but this is not a bad beer. It is not as sweet as some blondes and a good all-rounder, especially for those who are gluten intolerant. obguthr (6595) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - MAR 1, 2015
Bottle with no gluten free mark on the label: Grainy and nutty nose. Clear golden, thick, lacy head. Nutty, cereal grains, lightly sweet. Light body, easy carbonation. Cardboard finish. Not awful, but I think I would tire of it fairly easily. Bonus point for gluten-free.
