A standard barley beer certified as containing less than 5 ppm of gluten after brewing.
ATTENTION: This entry is for the Bio and Bio-Gluten Free (now superseding the bio version). The gluten free is labeled with a small ’gluten free’ mark on the label.
Though this beer has been separated from the Blonde Bio, there is no evidence that the recipe has changed, so it is likely that the beers are the same. Do not assume that this will be a new beer, as the beers may be merged in the near future.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons, Calais. Hazy dirty gold with lasting white head. That’s a tasty easy drinking blond. Yep, not great depth, but it’s very drinkable.

Bottle. An unclear one, pale golden in color, with a small off-white head leaving curtains. Citrus, pale malts, white sugar and light spiciness and Belgian yeast. Quite sweet, with a faint spiced touch. Citrus and some bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Short finish. Nice, for a gluten free beer. 130906

bhensonb (15744) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 3, 2012
Bottle from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours light hazy gold with a creamy white head and lots of bubbles. Aroma of grain? and citrus. Med body. Flavor is grain? and citrus and a little spice. Finishes bitter and even a little earthy. Could be the best gluten free I’ve had. Note: I’m not finding gluten free on the bottle - it was on a neck tag on one of the bottles in the multi-pack.
