330 ml bottle. Fluffy medium-sized white head. Foggy, well carbonated brownish amber body. Crisp fruits and caramellish malts in the aroma. Notes of mild spices and yeast. Taste is dry malts with light acidic fruit tones. Supported by more mild spices along with some quite stale bittering hops. Body is a bit underweight, but the beer goes well down though...

330 ml bottle. Golden body with a big, foamy off-white head. Rather mild malty, spicy aroma with a hint of caramel. Flavor is sweet, light malty, some caramel, a bit spicy and yeast. Rather thin body. Quaffable but almost impressive boring. Hightserc (1) - Wesley Chapel, Florida, USA - JUL 9, 2013 does not count
I’m disappointed by this gluten beer, just wish it had a little more bite. The guy at the liquor store I got this from said it wasn’t his favorite and Brunehaut does a better job with other gluten free beers they have, so I’ll be back.
