COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a gentle and pleasant aroma with a fine dark gold/amber colour and a good creamy head that clings down the glass. Taste wise, this has a malty, fruity sweetness and a long, rounded but refreshingly dry finish.

BeardedAvenger (842) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - AUG 3, 2017
Cask at White Hart, Chobham. Vague musty aroma. Light brown. Blotchy off-white head. Lightly spiced umami with a sour edge. Twigs and spices. Light-medium bodied. Slick but watery. Flat carbonation. Low key finish. A bit of an odd one. Trad twiggy bitter with sour spicey notes. But may have been passed its best.

Cask at the Gomshall Mill. Light malt, not much hop, very smooth texture, a touch of fruity tang in the finish. Decent session ale.

Cask conditioned at The Old Harkers Arms, Chester. Gold to amber with white head. There is a light bitterness to this, some caramel, some sweetness. The hops a light, leafy. It’s fine.

berkshirejohn (6534) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 9, 2016
Cask at the White Hart, Chobham. Bright straw with a tight cream head; light citrus aroma; clean and grainy in the mouth with a light lemony citrus taste; and a lingering grassy bitterness to finish. A pleasant, summer, golden ale, hardly a bitter.

On cask at the Armoury in Shrewsbury. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - elusive but delicate citrus and pale malt. Taste - light lime and biscuit. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Bordering on astringent but happy to sup some more. Overall -
