This might look a bit familiar, and it is! This is our Holidale, using the same types of grain as AiN’CHO MUM’S, we cranked this baby up to 8% and infused Cinnamon and Nutmeg to the beer inside the fermenter, to add that Holidale spirit! Of course the lucky few that are here tonight will be the only ones to taste it this year, as the batch is to be conditioned over the next year with bourbon barrel wood chips to round out the flavours, and add a bit of vanilla. But, we figured for an opening party of this magnitude it would be fun to get a sneak peak!
