Copper hazy, thin head. Clean malty and hoppy nose (flowers, citruses, grassy and woody notes). Bitter with light sweetness. Very good.

I drank this bottle at the Pibar in Lausanne with Raoul. First time that I tried this brewery that I heard that it is a good one and one of my first Belgian craft beer. In my point of view, it is a correct bitter, on the way, they say that they put bread and you have a small side bready but the bitterness dominates "logically" this beer, hoppy, citrus, sparkling side, perfectly refreshing, a good one before a trappist 10 with a small watery finish, classical but well built.

From tap at the brewery. Light hazy amber brown color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, bread, caramel, grass, pine, light citrus. Sweet and bitter taste, bready and piney again. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2017 Draft at the Belgian Beer Project brewery in Brussels. Dark amber colour bitter spicy taste - that of a 'real' beer. Aftertaste is pleasantly grassy and bitter as well. Not too heavy though.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a hazy, bright amber color and a very nice off-white head. Intresting nose of caramel, herbals, yeasty-bready and some grassy aromas. Taste followes the nose with some toffee and a bitter-sweet finish. Intresting.
