Canned. Clear mahogany colour, rich head. Rich aroma of tropical fruits. Sweetish with clean mouthfeel and light body. Toasty and ashy with sal, black currant and pineapple. Mid bitter finish with notes of plastic. A tolerable dark lager with enough fancy surface in form of hops to take the focus away from the shortaages underneath. finol (3524) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 16, 2012

(Can) Reddish brown colour with dense, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of dark bread, blood oranges, orange peel, black-currant and pine needles. Malty, fruity taste with dark bread, dried fruit, orange peel, caramel, toasty malt, a touch of chocolate and piney hops in a finish with a decent bitterness. Light to medium body, with a touch of sweetness. I didn’t really expect this from Spendrups, this was a very nice surprise. Nice one. Cunningham (8528) - Halden, NORWAY - DEC 4, 2012
