Biere blanche 5% alc. 750 ml. Biere brouillée avec mousse imposante. Goût d'agrume, citron, coriandre, herbe... Peu de présence de houblon. Une blanche typique qui n'a rien attrayant pour son prix. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kolor jasno s?omkowy, m?tny. Ogromna, bia?a piana. T?o stanowi? akcenty ziemiste. Delikatna, cytrynowa, ?wie?a goryczka. Wysycenie ?rednie, chyba wy?sze by?oby lepsze.

Birra bianca, che dovrebbe avere come particolare anche l’aggiunta di farro, che però non si percepisce molto in bocca, comunque buona

Shared bottle with Chopz at Pub Italia (30$/750ml). Poured very minimal bubbly head and left a very thin ring. Weak lacing all around. Has a slightly hazy appearance and has a golden light amber colour. Aromas of citrus hops, light malts with hints of bananas and light fruity notes. Flavours of tropical fruits like banana, mango and some oranges with hints of mild grains and a bit wheaty. Light bodied and smooth mouthfeel, slightly watery as well. Mild spices in finish. Pretty easy drinking beer, not sure about value pricing wise. A little steep.

Appearance: nearly opaque straw with one fat finger of rocky white head, good retention and moderate lacing. (3/5) Aroma: mild/muted, citrus zest, coriander, yeast, wheat. (6/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, light tart. (6/10) Medium-light body, lively to moderate carbonation, short duration finish. (3/5) Well, I wasn’t exactly expecting great things from an Italian Witbier - which is good, because I didn’t get great things. It looked crystal clear in the bottle, with a clearly-visible yeast layer on the bottom. No bottling date, but while the BB date would suggest that perhaps it was bottled in May of 2016, I’m not sure five months would be enough to cause that sort of settling, so maybe it was 2015. (I swirled the last inch or so in the bottle to lift up the yeast and get the proper wit/white appearance.) The mild/muted aromas would certainly be consistent with a longer bottling date, though it did liven up somewhat as the glass progressed and it warmed. Not bad, but not a great example of the style, either - and almost certainly not worth the hefty price tag. (12/20)

Hell hefiger, etwas trockener Antrunk. Wenig bitter, langweilig, minimal herb. 10/9/8/8//8

En bouteille. Couleur paille pas de mousse. Average witbier, palais mince effervescence élevée, bcp de coriandre. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle... One of the more true-to-style wits I’ve ever tried - Hazy straw-colored pour with a fleeting, white head. The aroma features appropriate levels of breadiness and yeast-driven fruity esters and spicy phenols, accompanied by a light note of coriander. Medium-bodied with tingly carbonation. The flavor is nicely balanced, yeasty and lightly spicy. Poundable and very refreshing.

Bottle. Fresh wheat/orange aroma. Pours with a cloudy yellow colour and frothy white head. Lots of carbonation. Flavour is orange, cloves and coriander. Medium bodied with a touch of bitterness in the finish.

Tasty white beer, very drinkable and balanced, nice color and does not taste too much like wheat

BeerandBlues2 (13651) - Escondido, California, USA - JUN 29, 2015
Bottle. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is coriander, orange peel, and earthy wheat malt. Flavor is floral coriander, sweet orange peel, and earthy wheat malt with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.
