Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy shiny yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some very good lacing. Aroma of nice Belgian malt with some floral notes and balanced sweetness. Taste is a nice mix between some refreshing floral malt notes with some light citrusy notes and very well balanced Belgian malt backbone with just enough sweetness. Body is quite full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very well done and I would love for more brewery to deliver such easily drinkable Belgian pale ale.

750mL thanks to noodleuser. Pours hazy straw with a towering white head. Big retention and webby, soapy lace. Sweeter lemon sorbet nose with pineapple and cantaloupe. Taste is ultra tangy, way over carbonated, minerally, over attenuated. Decent grassy hop buttering with light pineapple sorbet on the palate. Very delicate and nice. Good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

VinegarStroke (445) - Napa, California, USA - NOV 2, 2013
Bottle: deep golden, cloudy, good thick white head. Very aromatic. Floral, citrus, yeasty, malt and yeast driven. Very clean and complexed. Dry, slightly bitter and sour. Long rich, complexed but so fresh. Great farmhouse style. Elegant but loads of flavor.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, brief head. Creamy grainy malt and light grassy hops. Mid-dry with well rounded mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Feels fresh and alive, creamy and very drinkable. Unassaultingly flavourful with goo depth.

Bottle at the Laughing Buddha in Sudbury Ontario. Hazy golden pour, with a huge white head. Aroma is strong on yeast, and stone fruit with light tropical fruit. Very lively carb, and a lively mouth fee. Finish is lightly bitter, with more copious amounts of fruit, especially pineapple in the finish, with hints of orange zest, and lemon oil. Quite nice, and refreshing.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Hazy gold beer, good white head. Light palate, crispy. Lightly sour -winey champagne feel about this one. Bitter orange with minerals. Maybe some mild herbs as well. Light dry finish. Hangs together really well.

Capped 750 from Bottles & Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours hazy light gold with a 4 finger creamy/frothy white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast esters with hints of herb. Flavor is a bit earthy, citrus, maybe some banana ester, and a lot of floral/herbal hop. It’s quite dry, and hints at being a saison. Nice drink.
