COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Per palati forti.. non può lasciarvi indifferenti Amber beer inspired by English bitter, and a strong American "cascade" hop, Lilith is clear with light beige, dense and persistent froth. The fresh fruity citrus scent gives it a taste of grapefruit and resin, balanced with appealing candied malts and a bitter final to leave your mouth dry and clean, ready for further sips. An arrogant beer, but also delicate and refreshing.

My Bottom Line:
Judiciously caramelized malts and citrusy hop varietals gel into a flavorful treat, rendered more complex by a levelled earthy hop bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the hazy russet.
-The hoppy nose is also quite leafy.
-The smooth bubbling and cushy body make for a mildly nourishing brew.
-The malt flavors are very well extracted here.

Bottle.

Bottle 750ml. @ home.

Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, keller, light to moderate hoppy, orange, mango, moderate yeasty, leather, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty - leather, peppery spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Very easy to drink and gets better and better the more you get of it .. [20100521]

A Mes rate. Bottle thanks to Mario.
Hazy Amber with a good light beige head. Really good American hoppage aroma with a twist of Belgian yeast. Hints of leather, tobacco and cheese too. Really well balanced in the mouth. A little too yeasty if I’m gonna complain but the hops are really good and the base malt works well and the always enjoyable, Bruton characteristic hint of orange is quite clear. Easy drinking, interesting and good all round. Just like the rest of their beers.
