COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Per palati forti.. non puÚ lasciarvi indifferenti Amber beer inspired by English bitter, and a strong American "cascade" hop, Lilith is clear with light beige, dense and persistent froth. The fresh fruity citrus scent gives it a taste of grapefruit and resin, balanced with appealing candied malts and a bitter final to leave your mouth dry and clean, ready for further sips. An arrogant beer, but also delicate and refreshing.

05/10/2013 La Tana (tap). Ambrata carica, abbastanza limpida ,schiuma bianco sporca abbondante. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Cosž cosž.

Alla spina @ Beer House Club, Firenze. A bit hazy amber beer, mostly dissappearing white head. Typical caramel nalt, piney hoppy APA aroma and taste. Would benefit from a tad fuller body. Still quite enjoyable and refreshing Italian APA.

On tap @beer house club, corso tintori, Florence. Itís a very nice amber ale, very easy to drink, same resin and balanced hoppy taste, one of my favourite beers by Brýton.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2013 Serving - Poured from a 75 cl bottle into a snifter glass.
Appearance - Generous and long lasting light beige froth, medium to coarse bubbles. Slightly hazy amber color.
Aroma - Intense and fairishly persistent. Primary aromas of hops and malt. Secondary aromas of citrus and grass.
Mouth - Intense and persistent. At the beginning the over carbonation covers all tastes. It is quite malty and sweet afterwards. It ends with a nice resinous lasting bitter. Tastes of grass and resins. Highly carbonated. Average body. Fairish warming sensation.
Overall - Fair balanced with long lasting resinous bitter at the end. Harmonic smell and taste. Excessive carbonation.
Beer and food - Well accompanied with pork and hamburger meat, tasty sauce pasta, fried vegetables and fish.
