Bottle at Cotto on Hastings in Burnaby. Rather dark for a pale ale if ya arsks me, but what do I know? A dark amber beer with good head that frankly tastes like a porter or a stout. Roasted malts predominate.

Edit: After reading a bunch of reviews, I’m convinced some raters are confusing Bruton Lilith with Bruton Bruton. The Lilith is quite dark in color.
Tasting beers while on holiday in Isola Elba. This one was bottle # 7 in a long line of dissapointing dishwasher water AKA italian craft beer. Sorry guys, then this little puppy hit the glass.
Finally something worth rating. Nice tase, nose, hopsy and in style.

Fruity and herbal aroma with lots of phenols. All phenol on the palate, just band-aid city. They’re having trouble getting this north while still fresh. Gerbeer (3795) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 14, 2012
330 ml bottle from Brewery Creek. Pours a red/brown with large head of large bubbles. Nice fruity aromas - raisins and unripe plums with some toffee notes. Flavor of nectarines, light citrus, and malts. Dry finish of a beer with more alcohol. Very nice

Just watched the Korean Zombie destroy some sucker. Poured out a hazy amber brew with a large dark tan head that settles slowly. The aroma is sharply citrusy with resin, grapefruit, a bit of caramel and old orange juice from the fridge. The taste is ok with a Belgian style. Citrus, grapefruit, not quite orange, carbonated zip with an obvious spice bite, pungent flavour. Finished slowly. It’s good but overpriced. bhensonb (15355) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 30, 2012
Bottle, possibly from ? Pours hazy copper with a foamy off-beige head. Aroma of mildly toasted caramel. Med body. Flavor is mild roast malt - a bit spicy - like rye - mildly hoppy. marcus (10349) - Sacramento, California, USA - APR 30, 2012
Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours reddish amber with a fluffy beige head and a standard reddish roasted malt aroma. There is a nutty smoked malt flavor witha softly bitter finish. Delicate and tasty.
