Per palati forti.. non può lasciarvi indifferenti Amber beer inspired by English bitter, and a strong American "cascade" hop, Lilith is clear with light beige, dense and persistent froth. The fresh fruity citrus scent gives it a taste of grapefruit and resin, balanced with appealing candied malts and a bitter final to leave your mouth dry and clean, ready for further sips. An arrogant beer, but also delicate and refreshing.

Pretty good for the Italians but shouldn’t this be a roman pale ale? Nice malty aroma from an amber pour with a huge head. The flavor is malty sweet with a nice balance of hops. The finish is light and refreshing.

Sampled at Rock n Brews in El Segundo. Quite the odd aroma. Not unpleasant but different. Watery almost. Pours a copper color. Slight but noticeable bitterness. Dry. Slight exotic fruit tastes as well.

750 ml bottle from Bieropholie, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. BB 31/12/11. Slight gusher.

App.: Cloudy copper with a nice orange-tan head. Aroma: Brothy oranges and grapefruits, wet dough and yeast, soapy, woodsy, hints of sour fruits, some caramel and brown sugar (though not quite enough for balance?), a bit odd and disconnected. Palate: Medium body, full, lively effervescence. Flav.: A kinda muddled, messy blend of grapefruit, pine, citrus, caramel, woodsiness, soapiness, odd floral notes, caramel, some dark dried fruits; dry with good bitterness and a hoppy finish (citrus, grapefruit, pine, eucalyptus?, floral notes) with lingering bitterness and some malt support.

Not horrible but not well executed.

750ml bottle, amber-copper color, with a little gushing at the opening, but with a frothy bubbly beige head, nice fruity peachy, orange yeastiness, toasted, biscuity, caramel malt nose with some toffee, ripe apples, floral citrusy hoppy accents and some faint cookie dough, graham crackers notes, with a hint of minty leafiness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate, with a mild yeasty, tangerine, peach fruity, bready, toasted, caramelized malt character with some flowery, leafy, grassy, piney, citrusy hop flavours, with a faint grapefruit, lemon, zesty rind, toffeeish backbone, and a marmalade, subtle minty leafiness undertone, leading towards a fruity, leafy, piney, citrusy hop bitterness finish.

Il like this beer very much. Unfortunately I don’t find it so simply in my beershop or restaurant. Red brown color, light bitter, fruity aroma. Very good in association with a pizza.

750 ml bottle from Country Club Liquors. Nose is citrus, floral, and a hint of butterscotch. Hazy orange with a big beige head. Flavor is bitter with some malty caramel in the background.

10/20/10 notes: bottle, new Italian beer. Pours with frothy enveloping head and light amber-hazelnut color. Nose has pressed flower hops, peach skin, garden herbs. Flavor has notes of diacetyl, fruity yeast phenols, red fruit. Flavor fades quickly, not much hop character towards finish. An interesting offering, made rather unique via the champagne-like pearly effervescence, but overall disappointing in lack of satisfying flavors or depth; an incomplete beer.
