Simple, but drinkable brew, kinda dont fit in premium lager category, but let it be. Mostly malty, some honey aspects (default for Bruveris), caramel, some fresh fruitiness, yeast. Weird mix, but I ll pass it through. Light sweetness with light bitterness, bit oily. Decent, but one timer

Bottle. Pours clear dark golden with small white head. Aroma is sweetish, caramel, honey, hay. Taste is medium sweet, caramel (a bit burnt), hay, slight bitterness, malty. Thin + body. Dry. Sweet finish. Drinkable but to sweet for me.

Look; white head and clear golden body. Aroma; pale malts, leaves, grains, dusty hops, floral notes. Taste; fruity malts, sweet bread, yellow apple, grains, faint bun - leading to a mild finish. Normal texture and soft carbonation. No off-tastes nor surprises. [50cl brown swing-top bottle 5%abv BB10-09-2015 [email protected] Bauska 1€50c [email protected]]

My favorite beer. Although it has pretty strong yeast aroma, it is one of the rare beers which you can drink like a glass of wine.

50cl bottle from Rimi, Riga. Pours slightly hazy slightly pale golden with a diminishing white head. Mild grainy and slightly caramely aroma with fruity notes. Hints of green apples, honey and possibly grass. Slightly strange, medium sweet and farly fruity with some slightly sour notes. Not quite what I expected or prefer, but fair enough.

Sving-kork flaske 0,5l. Påspandert og delt med flere under seanse på Tårnrommet 16 Apr 13. Åpner med smell & litt røyk. Gulbrun. Uklar. Lavt hvitt skum med litt lacing. God karamellaroma. Smaken har et visst tre-preg. Eik? Variert smak. Avslutninga er sevje.

Small white head. Pale amber body with barely visible floaties and very light carbonation. Earthy nutty smoky aroma floral herbal candy notes. Dry-sweet earthy nutty smoky taste with strawy herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish nutty earthy papery aftertaste with herbal smoky strawy notes. Interesting and highly drinkable. To me this has the signature flavour of kaimiskas. (0.5l bottle, from Stockmann, Riga.)

500ml swing-top bottle shared by Stefan & Elisabeth at a rating session. Opens with a good shot followed by smoke. Pours a rather muddy, lightly golden body. Rapidly diminishing white head. Good lacework. Sweet aroma of caramel and wood. Mild and sweet aroma of bland vanilla and vapid fruits. Dry, sweet and tart endnotes. Rather disjointed, but possible to drink (Tromsø, 16.04.2013).
